Terms of Use
These terms apply to aurbitx.com ("AurbitX"), run by CyberNestX Private Limited, Sonipat, Haryana, India. By using AurbitX you agree to them.
Using AurbitX
- The games are free to play. An account is optional and is needed only for the leaderboard, suggestion box and showing your name as a supporter.
- One account per person. Don't create fake accounts, automate play, or tamper with scores. We may remove scores or accounts that do.
- Usernames are generated automatically. Ideas you post must not be abusive, hateful, illegal, misleading, promotional spam, or someone else's private information. We may remove any post.
- Ideas you share may be used freely to improve AurbitX. You don't get payment or ownership rights for them.
Content and maps
Quiz content and maps are for exam practice. We work to keep them accurate but don't guarantee it. India's boundaries are drawn following the Government of India's depiction, but the maps are not official survey maps. Map data credits: OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL), Natural Earth.
Mission Dus contributions
- Mission Dus asks aspirants to voluntarily contribute ₹10 or more, as often as they like, towards building and running the AurbitX UPSC preparation platform.
- A contribution is a voluntary payment to CyberNestX Private Limited, a private company. It is not a donation to a charity, trust or NGO, and it is not eligible for tax deduction under Section 80G or any other provision.
- A contribution does not give you shares, ownership, interest, profit, repayment, or any guaranteed product, service or feature. What you receive is recognition on the supporters list (if you choose) and a supporter badge on your account.
- The ₹25 lakh goal and the plan described on the Mission Dus page are our current intentions, not promises. Timelines and features may change.
- Contributions are final and non-refundable, as set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay and are also subject to Razorpay's terms.
Our liability
AurbitX is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, CyberNestX Private Limited is not liable for indirect losses or for exam outcomes. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you contributed in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Sonipat, Haryana have jurisdiction.
